The Mawsley Allotments were originally located just outside Mawsley village, approximately 1 mile on the C31.
The lease on this site expired at the end of March 2017 so we are currently looking for a new site ideally within the village of Mawsley.
We are a friendly group of people who grow their own fruit and vegetables and benefit from the fresh air, exercise, and social contact that allotment sites offer.
Having an allotment means you can grow fresh organic produce and harvest it straight from the plant.
We have a wide spectrum of plot-holders from young families to the very mature, novice to experienced, all working for the benefit of eating their own produce whilst enjoying the changing seasons, the challenges of the English weather, listening to the sounds of nature and watching the wildlife in the process.
Due to this move we welcome anyone wanting to add their names to a waiting list for a plot.
Mawsley Parish Council are actively looking for a replacement site either within Mawsley village or close by.
